ResiHealth at Euclid Beach

Kashena Thomas, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at ResiHealth in Cleveland, Ohio, with nearly two decades of clinical experience across primary care, internal medicine, behavioral health, and addiction medicine. Kashena earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and has held clinical roles at University Hospitals, MetroHealth System, and Cleveland Clinic's Steadfast Health program. She also served as adjunct clinical faculty at Baldwin Wallace University. This breadth of experience gives her particular depth in managing patients with co-occurring medical conditions, mental health disorders, and substance use disorders. At ResiHealth, Kashena provides comprehensive primary care including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive screenings, health education, and medication management. She is known for her patient-centered approach, with a focus on empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. Kashena is currently accepting new patients at ResiHealth.

Euclid Beach Villa is a Fairstead affordable housing community. ResiHealth is co-located within the building so residents can access care without leaving home. We also host health events and screenings on site.
