About the provider

Rhonda Hooks, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner at ResiHealth in Cleveland, Ohio, with more than 20 years of experience in nursing and clinical care. Rhonda holds advanced degrees in both family practice and psychiatric mental health nursing, bringing a whole-person approach to behavioral health care. She provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders, alongside primary care support for patients managing co-occurring medical needs. Before specializing in psychiatric care, Rhonda built a broad clinical foundation across nursing education and family practice. She earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Ursuline College and holds additional credentials from Indiana Wesleyan University.
